  • How it started ?

        It all started on one saturday afternoon, waiting in a queue to pay the kids hobby class fees. Being a weekend and a start of the month, there were quite a few parents waiting in queue to pay the fees.

        There were two counters and both the officers were struggling to manage the queue on that day. He had to first take the student ID card from parent, punch in the student id , course id, check the fees inform the fee amount to parent, then parent will either pull out the phone and scan the QR or hand over the card to swipe, officer will then get the transaction number from parent (in case of upi) or from the swipe machine slip, punch in the computer, then fire the print (receipt), collect it, stamp it and then hand it over to parent. Once in a while, there was either a printer issue, or swipe machine would be slow or parent's phone would take time to scan upi id.     Quite a hassle !!!

        After spending more than 90 minutes in a queue, and only around 35 to 40 payments processed by two counters, With most advanced digital payment infrastructure in the world, why do we have to spend 90 minutes in a queue to pay and get confirmation receipt?
        Why can't this process be simple, easy, automatic, pay from anywhere, receive automatic receipts of payments ?
    Why do we have to get the printed receipt when we already have digital confirmation from our payment app?

    Then the idea evolved

        Connect the payment systems with the businesses and customers with automatic processes, minimum manual intervention and seamless integration.

    And there are many more use cases to use this solution like monthly Gym payment, monthly newspaper payment and so on...
